| Summary, etc. | Mit dem Leistungsprinzip ist die Hoffnung auf eine gerechte Verteilung materieller und sozialer Güter verbunden. Was aber, wenn die Voraussetzungen und Realisierungen dieses Prinzips mit unauflösbaren Problemen verbunden sind? Die Vorstellung, dass individuelle Leistung und Leistungsfähigkeit über Amt, Ansehen und Auskommen entscheiden sollen, bildet das Credo moderner Gesellschaften. Die Hoffnung auf eine gerechte Verteilung gesellschaftlicher Ressourcen wird jedoch erschüttert, wenn die Schule als Ort, an dem Leistungsfähigkeit allererst erworben werden soll, bereits ein Ort der Selektion ist. Wie lassen sich die ungleichen Bedingungen, die jede Leistungsmessung und jedes Ranking kennzeichnen, berücksichtigen? Diese Fragen verschärfen sich mit der Entgrenzung des Leistungsprinzips und der Allgegenwart einer Optimierung des Selbst. |
