| Summary, etc. | Das Thema der Prophetie ist von höchster Brisanz für das Gespräch der großen monotheistischen Religionen. Propheten Gottes spielen in allen diesen Religionen eine wichtige Rolle und der Glaube an sie gehört in unterschiedlicher Weise zu den jeweiligen Glaubensgrundlagen. Der Band beinhaltet den thematischen Schwerpunkt auf systematisch theologischen Abhandlungen über Prophetie aus christlicher und islamischer Perspektive. Dabei stellt er unter anderem die Frage, ob Muhammad aus christlicher Sicht als Prophet anerkannt werden kann. Des Weiteren konzentriert sich der Band auf religionspädagogische Problemkreise der beiden jüngeren Schwesterreligionen und bemüht sich auch jüdische Perspektiven fruchtbar zu machen und fragt, welche Bedeutung die Propheten im heutigen Alltag und im jeweiligen Religionsunterricht spielen können. |
