| Summary, etc. | Bislang wurde dem Verhältnis von Wissenschaft und Religion innerhalb des jüdischen Denkens zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Das mag daran gelegen haben, dass man diese Korrelation mit der im frühen 19. Jahrhundert entstandenen »Wissenschaft des Judentums« gleichgesetzt hatte, diese wiederum auf ihre apologetischen und philologischen Interessen hin einschränkte und damit die Bedeutung des Verhältnisses marginalisiert wurde. Der Sammelband soll ein erster Schritt sein, diese Lücke zu schließen. |
