Die Überschuldung dieser EU-Länder, gravierende Fehler in der Konstruktion der Währungsunion und die Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise der letzten Jahre gefährden die finanzielle Stabilität der gesamten Europäischen Union. Wie kann die Europäische Union mit dieser Situation über die akute Gefahrenlage hinaus umgehen? Müssen die Staaten dauerhaft Souveränität aufgeben, um die Solidarität der anderen Staaten in Anspruch nehmen zu können und um die Stabilität der Währung zu garantieren? Wie kann ein dauerhafter Stabilitätsmechanismus in Europa aussehen, der sowohl die Solidaritätsverpflichtung als auch das Subsidiaritätsgebot ernst nimmt? |
