Journal of Fibrosis is a peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to advancing the understanding of fibrotic diseases and tissue remodelling across organ systems. The journal provides a platform for interdisciplinary research that spans molecular mechanisms, cellular dynamics, and therapeutic development, with a strong emphasis on translational relevance and precision medicine. We welcome original research, reviews, and clinical studies that explore the following areas: Mechanistic and Molecular Foundations: Fibroblast and Myofibroblast Biology, Extracellular Matrix (ECM) Dynamics, Inflammation and Immune Modulation, Cellular Plasticity and EMT Organ-Specific Fibrosis: Pulmonary Fibrosis, Hepatic Fibrosis, Renal Fibrosis, Cardiac Fibrosis, Dermal and Systemic Fibrosis Translational and Therapeutic Advances: Antifibrotic Agents, Gene Therapy and miRNA-Based Approaches, Single-Cell and Epigenetic Profiling, Clinical Trials and Biomarker Development Precision and Personalized Medicine: Patient Stratification and Predictive Models, Regulatory and Ethical Considerations The journal aims to foster collaboration between basic scientists, clinical researchers, and industry stakeholders to accelerate the development of effective antifibrotic therapies and improve patient outcomes across diverse organ systems. .
