Subject(s): Additional physical formats: Printed version: : No titleOnline resources: Summary: Review of Managerial Science (RMS) publishes innovative and high-quality research from across the broad field of business and management studies. The journal aims to advance academic discourse by disseminating work that offers robust theoretical insights, methodological advancements, and empirically grounded contributions with relevance beyond narrowly defined contexts. RMS is open to a wide range of research designs and methodological approaches, including quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, experimental, and conceptual studies, as well as comprehensive literature reviews and meta-analyses. Regardless of methodological choice, submissions are expected to demonstrate strong theoretical motivation, methodological rigor, and the potential to stimulate influential future research within the journal and the wider scholarly community. The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics in business and management, including – but not limited to – accounting, auditing, banking, business strategy, corporate governance, entrepreneurship, financial structure and capital markets, health economics, human resources management, innovation management, insurance, marketing, organization, production and logistics, risk management, strategy, and taxation. Contributions that integrate perspectives, theories, or methods from multiple domains in a novel and insightful manner are particularly encouraged. RMS places emphasis on studies with sufficient breadth, relevance, and generalizability. As such, manuscripts relying solely on single case studies, student samples, or narrowly defined geographical samples (e.g., single cities or regions) with limited representativeness are generally outside the journal’s scope. The journal also welcomes review articles that synthesize the state of the art in a given research area and outline promising avenues for future inquiry. All submissions are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by expert referees and supported by an internationally composed editorial board. Officially cited as: Rev Manag Sci.
