| Summary, etc. | Bilder zu befragen, über Bilder nachzudenken, ist ein Anliegen, das die Arbeiten des französischen Filmessayisten Chris Marker durchzieht. Die Filme La Jetée, Le Fond de l’air est rouge, Sans soleil und Level Five werden in Filsers Buch daraufhin untersucht, wie Bilder, die – wie es in Sans soleil heißt – 'eben sein wollen, was sie sind, nämlich Bilder', sich als solche zeigen. Die Bildreflexionen Chris Markers vollziehen sich durch ein beharrliches Markieren und Inszenieren der Filmbilder als Bilder. |
