| Summary, etc. | Trotz hoher Investitionen in Bildung, Integration und die anderen Bereiche des Sozialstaats steigt in Deutschland das Risiko, von Armut betroffen zu sein. Immer häufiger ist von einer Spaltung der Gesellschaft die Rede. Wieviel Ungleichheit verträgt eine Gesellschaft, wieviel Gleichheit ist notwendig, um den Zusammenhalt der Gesellschaft zu gewährleisten? Wie positioniert sich die Christliche Sozialethik angesichts der Armuts- und Exklusionsphänomene? Welche Lösungsstrategien bietet sie an und wie werden diese aus der Sicht anderer Wissenschaftsdisziplinen beurteilt? Die Reihe „Sozialethik konkret“ greift diese vielschichtige Problematik auf und diskutiert die Frage (sozialer) Gerechtigkeit im Zusammenhang mit Gleichheit und Ungleichheit in Deutschland aus der Sicht unterschiedlicher wissenschaftlicher Disziplinen. Dabei wird der spezifische, wissenschaftliche Lösungsbeitrag der christlichen Sozialethik zu dieser politischen und wirtschaftlichen Gestaltungsaufgabe herausgearbeitet. Im Dialog mit den anderen Wissenschaften sollen eine ausgewogene Beurteilung der Armutsthematik erreicht, Vorschläge zur konkreten Gestaltung von Reformprozessen und Strukturveränderungen erarbeitet und offene und weiterführende Fragestellungen identifiziert werden. |
