| Summary, etc. | In den vergangenen vier Jahrzehnten trat in der philosophischen Grundlagendiskussion der Medizin immer deutlicher die Notwendigkeit ins Bewusstsein, die Begrifflichkeit um Krankheit und Gesundheit generell einer Klärung zuzuführen. Es wurden mehrere anspruchsvolle, vieldiskutierte Entwürfe einer allgemeinen Krankheits- oder Gesundheitstheorie vorgelegt. Diese unterscheiden und widersprechen sich jedoch noch in zentralen Punkten. Insbesondere fehlt ein Vergleich dieser philosophischen Krankheitstheorien mit der Begrifflichkeit und Struktur der medizinischen Krankheitslehre. Die Beiträge dieses Bandes wenden sich explizit dem Projekt einer wissenschaftstheoretischen Analyse und Rekonstruktion der medizinischen Krankheitslehre zu. Sie analysieren und diskutieren die verwendeten Begriffe von Krankheit, Krankhaftigkeit, Funktion/Dysfunktion, Behinderung und psychischer Störung anhand von Beispielen aus der gesamten Medizin und speziell aus der Pathologie, Embryologie, Neuromedizin, Psychiatrie und Psychosomatik. Anhand dieser Analysen werden die bisher vorliegenden Krankheitstheorien mit dem System der Krankheitslehre und mit der tatsächlichen medizinischen Praxis in Beziehung gesetzt und vergleichend diskutiert. Die Kontroversen um Deskriptivismus und Normativismus, medizinisches und soziales Behinderungsmodell, den psychiatrischen Krankheitsbegriff und die Therapie-Enhancement-Unterscheidung werden unter systematischen Gesichtspunkten aufgegriffen und einer neuen Behandlung zugeführt. |
