Das ist mehr als eine Kritik der herrschenden Rechtspraxis, es ist ein Zweifel an der hergebrachten Vorstellung von Gerechtigkeit als höchstem Maßstab des menschlichen Zusammenlebens. Die geschichtliche Spannbreite der Untersuchung reicht von der Philosophie und Literatur der Antike bis zum Gegenwartsfilm. Sie stellt das Bild der Gerechtigkeit vor Augen, das in den markanten Texten dieser Tradition gezeichnet wird, und analysiert seine Wandlungen, auch im Hinblick auf deren rechtsphilosophische oder theologische Hintergründe. Dabei rückt die poetische Gerechtigkeit als literarisches Gestaltungsprinzip ins Zentrum der Untersuchung. |
