| Summary, etc. | Angesichts einer zunehmenden Digitalisierung unserer Lebensbereiche mit Blick auf Algorithmen und soziotechnische (KI)-Systeme ist (Sozial-)Ethik in besonderem Maße angefragt, Perspektiven auf eine menschengerechte Gestaltung dieses Wandels zu eröffnen. In diesem Zusammenhang wird die Frage nach der Rolle und der Stellung des „Faktor Mensch“ innerhalb dieser Strukturen immer wichtiger. Denn sogar im populärsten Sport der Welt, dem sonst so traditionsreichen Fußball, finden zunehmend technische Systeme (Torlinientechnologie – GLT, Videoschiedsrichterassistent:in – VAR) Einzug und führen zu neuen Herausforderungen, insbesondere im Kontext schiedsrichterlicher Entscheidungsprozesse. Daher werden im Rahmen dieser Arbeit Fragen des Verhältnisses von Mensch–KI und der ethisch-rechtlichen Regulierungsbedürftigkeit dieser Systeme ebenso in den Blick genommen wie sportethische Schlaglichter sowie Werte und ethische Prinzipien, die solche Perspektiven eröffnen sollen. Algorithmen und soziotechnische (KI)-Systeme müssen letztlich so konstruiert werden, dass der Mensch im Mittelpunkt bleibt. |
