| Summary, etc. | Die PISA-Studien haben dem deutschen Schulsystem schlechte Noten ausgestellt und verdeutlichen, wie selektiv es ist. Gerade Kinder aus sozial benachteiligten Schichten und aus Migrantenfamilien sind strukturell benachteiligt. Über die Wege, diesem Missstand zu begegnen, herrscht Uneinigkeit. In vier Themenfeldern analysieren die Autoren aus unterschiedlichen sozialwissenschaftlichen Perspektiven die aktuellen Heraus-forderungen der Bildungspolitik in Deutschland. Untersucht werden die Bedeutung der Chancen- und Beteiligungsgerechtigkeit als sozialethische Leitideen für die Organisation des Bildungssektors, Konzepte zur Verhinderung von Bildungsspaltung und Bildungsarmut, die Aufgaben und speziellen Kompetenzen verschiedener Akteure im Bildungssektor und Modelle einer gerechten Bildungsfinanzierung. Dies ist der zweite Band in der Reihe "Sozialethik konkret", die nach dem spezifischen wissenschaftlichen Beitrag der christlichen Sozialethik zu konkreten gesellschaftlichen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Problemstellungen fragt. Im Dialog der Sozialethik mit anderen Wissenschaften sollen eine ausgewogene Beurteilung der jeweils analysierten Problemstellung erreicht, Vorschläge zur konkreten Gestaltung notwendiger Reformprozesse erarbeitet und offene und weiterführende Fragestellungen identifiziert werden. |
