| Summary, etc. | Ein Lehrer klagt an: Wie das Haus des Lernens zum Sorgenkind wurde. Pointiert und schöpfend aus dem reichen Erfahrungsschatz eines Lehrers thematisiert Reiner Ruffing die wahren Ursachen der Bildungsmisere in Deutschland. Die Schule kann ihre eigentliche Aufgabe nicht mehr erfüllen. Das wird durch eine überbordende Bürokratie und überhandnehmende Kontrollaufgaben verhindert. Heute haben Außendarstellung und funktionsgerechtes Verhalten Vorrang vor Bildung und Unterricht. Das Ziel des Schuljahres erscheint dann erreicht, wenn das Klassenbuch und die Listen korrekt ausgefüllt sind, Klassenarbeiten termingerecht und vollständig eingereicht wurden, Fehltage ordentlich registriert und abgemahnt, Zensuren von einer Liste auf die andere übertragen sowie eine bestimmte Anzahl von Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen durchgeführt worden sind. Die unter den Stichwörtern PISA und Qualitätsmanagement eingeleitete Schulreform wirkt kontraproduktiv. Anstatt die Qualität der Bildung zu verbessern, ziehen die Programme der internen und externen Evaluation weitere Energie vom Unterricht ab. |
