| Summary, etc. | The Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal (SPJ) is the official journal of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Society (SPS). SPJ is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality original research and reviews in the fields of healthcare and pharmaceutical sciences. The journal aims to advance scientific knowledge, promote innovation, and contribute to the improvement of patient care. SPJ publishes eight issues per year under the SPS. SPJ covers a broad spectrum of topics within pharmaceutical sciences, including: drug discovery and development, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical formulation and drug delivery systems, clinical pharmacy and pharmacotherapy, pharmacy education and training, and pharmaceutical industry and regulatory affairs. Types of Articles The journal publishes full-length articles, short reviews (not exceeding 12 pages which are intended to debate the recent advances in rapidly developing fields), short communications, case studies, letters to the editor. All articles published in the SPJ undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific soundness, adherence to international research and publishing ethics, clarity of writing, and significant contribution to the field.
