| Summary, etc. | Wenn der Held per definitionem eine Figur der Grenzüberschreitung ist, kann man daraus schließen, dass der Handlungsspielraum des Helden grenzenlos ist? Kann der Kriegsheld einem Gegner das Begräbnis verweigern und sich damit über ein Gebot hinwegsetzen, das man nach Platon noch seinem Feinde schuldig ist? Man könnte sagen, dass Homers Ilias dieser poetisch wie politisch relevanten Frage ein unvergessliches Denkmal gesetzt hat, wenn durch die Achill-Figur nicht gerade fragwürdig werden würde, was Gedenken, Erinnerung und Tradierbarkeit heißen kann. Denn vor dem Horizont des literarischen Gattungsbegriffes und seiner Systematik stellt Achills Schändung von Hektors Leichnam – Klimax der Homerischen Ilias – einen Akt doppelter Überschreitung dar. |
