| Summary, etc. | Der Konflikt zwischen Autorität und Autonomie bedarf philosophischer Aufklärung – die Untersuchung zeigt, unter welchen Bedingungen dieser Konflikt zu rekonstruieren ist. Viele Personen erfahren Autoritätsausübung als Konflikt zu ihrer Autonomie. Eine einflussreiche Theorie scheint den Konflikt zu entschärfen, da ihr zufolge Autorität gerechtfertigt ist, wenn sie Personen zu dem auffordern, was sie ohnehin tun sollten. Wie ist der Konflikt dann noch rekonstruierbar? Neben der Darstellung konzeptueller Grundlagen von Autonomie sowie von legitimer Autorität, wozu insbesondere das Recht auf Gehorsam zählt, zeigt die Untersuchung Folgendes: Der Konflikt besteht, wenn legitime Autoritätsausübung Entfremdung gegenüber Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen hervorruft oder wenn sie zu Abhängigkeitsbeziehungen führt, welche die Möglichkeiten der adressierten Personen sensibel einschränken. Die Untersuchung trägt somit zum vertieften Verständnis eines alltäglichen interpersonalen Konfliktverhältnisses bei. |
