| Summary, etc. | Das Böse gehört zu den Begriffen, die das Denken radikal herausfordern. Die Aufgabe, das Böse philosophisch zu bedenken, stellt sich nicht zuletzt in den politischen Auseinandersetzungen, in denen „das Böse“ als Realität behauptet wird. Angesichts des als prekär empfundenen Status eines traditionellen Begriffs in zeitgenössischen Debatten schrieb der Vorstand der Stiftung „Forschungsinstitut für Philosophie Hannover“ 2015 die Preisfrage aus: »Wozu ist das Böse gut?« Die Frage zielt auf unsere Vorstellungen vom Bösen. Das Böse scheint ein häufig außerhalb der gewöhnlichen Erfahrungen angesiedeltes Phänomen zu sein. Es hat mit Unterbrechungen des Alltäglichen und Abweichungen von der Norm zu tun, auch mit Pathologisierung und Diabolisierung. Ist das Böse aber immer das, der oder die Andere? Welche Kontexte sind es, in denen wir uns ein Bild vom Bösen machen? Handelt es sich bei der Rede vom Bösen um Grenzziehungen zwischen verschiedenen Ordnungsmustern? Häufig ist die Aufmerksamkeit allein auf die interpersonale Trennlinie zwischen Gut und Böse gerichtet. Hat es etwas zu bedeuten, wenn die intrapersonale Dimension des Bösen ignoriert wird? Wer spricht wann und in welcher Absicht vom Bösen? Wem nutzt die Rede vom Bösen, wozu dient der Begriff des Bösen? |
